the location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. the hotel provides towels specifically for beach use. the pool area is great, especially after a day of activities. the room was spacious and comfortable (i liked that!).
the air conditioning system needs improvement. i switched rooms because the air conditioner had a musty smell. the other room had the same issue.

the staff was friendly and helpful when i needed assistance. i found them to be attentive during breakfast service, the buffet area was well-stocked. they also provided prompt service for any requests.

the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options (pastries and fruits were always fresh). the restaurant offers thai cuisine at good prices with large portions. the room service was reliable and the food arrived hot.

i upgraded my room to a villa. it was worth it. the access to the pool from my balcony was a big plus. i also found lots of plug outlets and a great aircon unit in the room. the price and the facilities are good too.
the air conditioning made the room very hot when i left. staff only provided one room key. i wish i had another for added convenience.

the restaurant had a good breakfast buffet, but it could use a bigger selection of hot meals. the restaurant itself also have a big choice of meals and room service options.

the location is good, near many shops and restaurants. there is a market and a 7/11 just in front of the building. the beach are only two minutes away, easy access.

the room was very clean and spacious, it has a nice terrace. the bathroom had a jacuzzi and a spacious shower with rain feature. i found the beds comfy and huge.

staff are friendly and pleasant, they try to help. the cleaning lady have awesome towel folding skills. breakfast service run smoothly and efficiently.
